There is a contest back home in Iceland for the cover of the phonebook, with a quite a bit of a cash prize, so I gave it a shot. The theme we had to work from was "Iceland in a positive light" So I did this sort of playful, animation-style illustration with a hint of adventure.
Some close up details...They'll announce the winner at the end of december... Wish me luck!
